Tincher and their unknown spouses; the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of JoAnn Tincher, aka JoAnn M. Tincher and their unknown spouses; and the unknown executors, administrators, and fiduciaries of JoAnn Tincher, aka JoAnn M. Tincher, will take notice that on June 3, 2013, Federal National Mortgage Association filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Montgomery County, Ohio, Case No. 2013CV03333. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest: Parcel No.: R72154080050 Property address: 587 Fulmer Drive, Dayton OH 45403.
