Boyd Sr., and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Samuel D. Boyd Sr., will take notice that on February 27, 2013, Wells Fargo Bank, NA filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Montgomery County, Ohio, Case No. 2013CV01279. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendants have or claim to have an interest: Parcel Numbers: P70 00102 0044. Property Address: 4955 Pennswood, Huber Heights, OH 45424. A full copy of the legal description can be obtained from the Lucas County Auditor's Office. The defendants named above are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks, with the last publication to be made on the 26th day of July, 2013. In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
