Boyd Jr., et al., Defendants To the defendants, The Unknown Heirs, the devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, and assigns of Jane L. Blount, and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Jane L. Blount, if any, whose last address is unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on June 6, 2012, U.S. Bank National Association as Trustee, successor in interest to Bank of America, National Association as successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association (“Assignee”), formerly known as LaSalle National Bank, in its capacity as indenture trustee under that certain Sale and Servicing Agreement dated October 1, 2000, among AFC Trust Series 2000-3, as Issuer, Superior Bank FSB, as Seller and Servicer, and LaSalle Bank National Association, as Indenture Trustee, AFC Mortgage Loan Asset Backed Notes, Series 2000-3, and any amendments thereto filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Montgomery County, Ohio, Case No. 2012CV04136. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendants have or claim to have an interest: Parcel No.: E20171010007; Property address: 2444 Alpena Avenue, Dayton, OH 45406. A full copy of the legal description can be obtained from the County Auditor's Office. The defendants named above are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks, with the last publication to be made on the 19th day of October, 2012.
