  • LEGAL NOTICE In the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas, Dayton, Ohio, Case No. 2012CV01729 MidFirst Bank, Plaintiff vs Unknown Spouse, if any, of Connie Lynn Cox, et al., Defendants To the defendants, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Connie Lynn Cox, Whose last known address is 4986 Franlou Avenue, Dayton, OH 45432 and The Unknown Heirs, the devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, and assigns of Connie Lynn Cox and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Connie Lynn Cox, whose last address is unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on March 2, 2012, MidFirst Bank filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Montgomery County, Ohio, Case No. 2012CV01720. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest: Parcel No.: I39101603 0004. Property address: 4986 Franlou Avenue, Dayton OH 45432. A full copy of the legal description can be obtained from the County Auditor's Office. The defendants named above are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks, with the last publication to be made on the 13th day of July, 2012.
