Bonner, et al., Defendants To the defendants, The Unknown Heirs, the devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, and assigns of Menodora M. Newbauer and the unknown guardians of minor and/or incompetent heirs of Menodora M. Newbauer, if any, whose last address is unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on December 12, 2011, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., successor by merger to Wachovia Bank, N.A. filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Montgomery County, Ohio, Case No. 2011CV08853. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendants have or claims to have an interest: Parcel No.: R72117020037. Property address: 409 West Norman Avenue, Dayton, Ohio 45406. A full copy of the legal description can be obtained from the County Auditor's Office. The defendants named above are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks, with the last publication to be made on the 2nd day of March, 2012.
