  • LEGAL NOTICE In the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Dayton, Ohio. Case No. 2011CV06561. PNC BANK, NA successor by merger with National City Bank vs. Oziel Taylor, et al., Defendants Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Executors, Administrators, Legatees and Devisees if any of Oziel Taylor, deceased, whose last known address is unknown, and Jane Doe Unknown Spouse if any of Oziel Taylor, whose last known address is 2555 Archwood Drive, Dayton, OH 45406, will take notice that on the 13th day of September, 2011, Plaintiff filed its Complaint in Case Number 2011CV06561 and Amended Complaint on October 20, 2011, in the Montgomery County Common Pleas Court, alleging that Defendant(s) have or claim to have an interest in the real estate commonly known as 2555 Archwood Drive, Dayton, OH 45406, and also known as Parcel Number R72160100030 of the Auditor's Records of Montgomery County, Ohio. Said parcel is more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached to Plaintiff's mortgage filed as MORT-00-113206, on the 2nd day of November, 2000 in the Recorder's Office of Montgomery County, Ohio. The Complaint further alleges that by reason of default of the Defendant(s) Oziel Taylor in the payment of a promissory note according to its tenor, the conditions of a mortgage deed given to it to secure payment of the said note and conveying the premises described therein have been broken and the same has become absolute. The Complaint further prays that the Defendant(s) named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshaling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and further that the proceeds of said sale be applied to payment of Plaintiff's claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable. The Defendant(s) named upon are required to answer on or before the 27th day of January, 2012, or a judgment may be rendered as prayed for herein. Robert K.
