Zorn, Deceased, whose identities and addresses are unknown, will take notice that on September 19, 2011, Fifth Third Mortgage Company, filed its Amended Complaint in Case Number 2011CV06287, Montgomery County, Ohio, alleging that the defendant, Carey R. Zorn, Cheryl D. Zorn, John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Names Unknown, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Cary R. Zorn, Deceased, and John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Names Unknown, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Cheryl D. Zorn, Deceased, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below: PREMISES COMMONLY KNOWN AS: 102 LEXINGTON FARM ROAD, ENGLEWOOD, OHIO 45322 PERMANENT PARCEL NUMBER: M58-00216-0036 The plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute. The plaintiff demands that the defendant named above be required to answer and set up his interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshaling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of plaintiff's claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
