Wright, Jr., 156 Lakeshore Rd., Guyton, Georgia 31312 and Rebecca J. Wright, 156 Lakeshore Rd., Guyton, Georgia, 31312, et al., Defendants TO JOHN W. WRIGHT, JR. AND REBECCA J. WRIGHT, WHOSE ADDRESS IS UNKNOWN, AND THE SPOUSE OF JOHN W. WRIGHT, JR. AND REBECCA J. WRIGHT, IF ANY, WHOSE NAME AND ADDRESS IS UNKNOWN, AND TO THE SPOUSE, SURVIVING SPOUSE, DEVISEES, HEIRS AT LAW, AND NEXT OF KIN OF JOHN W. WRIGHT, JR. AND REBECCA J. WRIGHT, WHO ARE UNKNOWN TO PLAINTIFF, AND WHOSE ADDRESS OR ADDRESSES IS UNKNOWN: Plaintiff has brought this action naming you as one of the Defendants in the above-named Court by filing its Complaint on August 4, 2011. The object of the Complaint is to foreclose a mortgage against the following described real estate: Situate in the Township of Randolph, City of Clayton, County of Montgomery and State of Ohio and being Lot Numbered 346 Northview Estates, Section 6 as recorded in Plat Book "86", Pages 9 and 10 of the Plat Records of Montgomery County, Ohio, Parcel No. M60254020011. The prayer of the Complaint is for a judgment against John W. Wright, Jr. and Rebecca J. Wright for $35,677.03, with interest on the principal balance of $34,831.49 from and after September 27, 2010 at 5.0% per annum, plus any amounts paid by Plaintiff on behalf of said John W. Wright, Jr. and Rebecca J. Wright as alleged in Count Three; that the mortgage given by John W. Wright, Jr. and Rebecca J. Wright, to Plaintiff herein, be found and adjudged to be a first and valid lien upon the real estate described in this Complaint; that all of the Defendants, including you, be required to set forth their respective interests or claims in the hereinabove described real property or forever be barred; that all liens on the property be marshaled; that the mortgage of Plaintiff be foreclosed and that said real property be ordered sold and the amount found to be due Plaintiff be paid out of the proceeds, or such other relief legal and equitable as may be proper and necessary; and that Plaintiff recover its costs herein. You are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice, which will be published once each week for six successive weeks, and the last publication will be made on November 2, 2011. In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure within the time stated, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
