  • LEGAL NOTICE In the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas, Dayton, Ohio. Case No. 2011CV05317 Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Trustee for HSI Asset Securitization Corporation 2007-OPT1 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-OPT1, Plaintiff vs. Douglas J. Towne, et al., Defendants Douglas J. Towne, whose last place of residence is 7731 Bassett Drive, Huber Heights, Ohio 45424, and 4451 Janine Court, Dayton, Ohio 45424, and 7731 Bassett Drive, Dayton, Ohio 45424, but whose present place of residence is unknown will take notice that on July 26, 2011 @ 8:17 A.M., Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Trustee for HSI Asset Securitization Corporation 2007-OPT1 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-OPT1, filed its Complaint in Case No. 2011CV05317 and on August 3, 2011 its Amended Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas Montgomery County, Ohio alleging that the Defendants, Douglas J. Towne, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below: Permanent Parcel Number: P70-00110-0009; Property Address; 7731 Bassett Drive, Huber Heights, Ohio 45424. The legal description may be obtained from the Montgomery County Auditor at 451 West Third Street, P.O. Box 972, Dayton, Ohio 45422, 937-225-4326. The Petitioner further alleges that by reason of default of the Defendants in the payment of a promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken, and the same has become absolute. The Petitioner prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Petitioner's Claim in the proper order of its priority, and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
