Stephanie L. Bolden, et al., Defendants
Stephanie L. Bolden, whose last known address is 3723 Barbarosa Drive, Trotwood, Ohio 45416, and the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, spouses and assigns and the unknown guardians of the minor and/or incompetent heirs of Stephanie L. Bolden, all of whose residences are unknown and cannot by reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on the 18th day of July, 2011, U.S. Bank, National Association filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio in Case No. 2011CV05110, on the docket of said Court, and the object and demand for relief of which pleading is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the following described real estate, to wit:
Property Address: 3723 Barbarosa Drive, Trotwood, Ohio 45416, and being more particularly described in plaintiff's mortgage recorded in Mortgage Book Instrument No. 06-111684, and recorded on 01/12/07, in Instrument No. 07-009741, of this County Recorder's Office.
The above named defendant is required to answer within twenty-eight days after last publication, which shall be published once a week for three consecutive weeks, or they might be denied a hearing in this case.
