This action has been assigned Case No. 2011CV04367 and is pending in the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, Ohio, 41 North Perry Street, Dayton, Ohio 45402. The object of the complaint is to quiet Plaintiff's title in real estate described as follows: Situate in the State of Ohio, City of Dayton and County of Montgomery: being thirty-one (31) feet taken by parallel lines off the west side of Lot No. Thirty Thousand Eight Hundred and Eighty-two (30882) of the consecutive numbers of lots on the revised plat of said City of Dayton. Parcel I.D. #R72 04803 0133 Property Address: 1004 Woodley Road, Dayton, Ohio 45403 You are required to answer the Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this notice which will be published once each week for six successive weeks. The last publication will be made on September 14, 2011 and the twenty-eight (28) days for answer will commence on that date. In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
