Jones, Deceased whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on July 13, 2011, Bank of America, N.A., as successor by merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP, filed its Complaint in Case No. 2011CV05031 in the Court of Common Pleas Montgomery County, Ohio alleging that the Defendants, John Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Chinell S. Jones and Unknown Heirs at Law, Devisees, Legatees, Executors or Administrators of Chinell S. Jones, deceased, has or claims to have an interest in the real estate located at 4470 Saylor Ave., Dayton, OH 45416-2155, PPN #E20 17014 0009. A complete legal description may be obtained with the Montgomery County Auditor's Office located at 451 W. Third Street, P.O. Box 972, Dayton, Ohio 45422. The Petitioner further alleges that by reason of default of the Defendant(s) in the payment of a promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken, and the same has become absolute.
