Blackwell; and Traveler's Bank Trust FSB, whose last address was 1111 Northpoint, Coppell, TX 75019, present address unknown, and the unknown administrators and representatives of Traveler's Bank Trust FSB will take notice that on the 18th day of April, 2011, Carolyn Rice, as Treasurer of Montgomery County, Ohio, filed her Complaint in Case No. 2011CV02828 in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio against Sterling W. Blackwell, et al., defendants, praying for a finding for delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties and charges, quieting of title, equitable relief, and for sale of the real estate described by Auditor's Parcel I.D. Nos. R72 13301 0020 and R72 13301 0021. Said defendants are required to answer said Complaint on or before the 14th day of September, 2011 or a judgment will be rendered as prayed for.
