Ellis, If Married on or about May 26, 1999 (Name Unknown), whose last known address is unknown and John Doe, Spouse of Jessica Ellis, If Married on or about May 25, 1998 (Name Unknown) whose last address is 732 Superior Avenue, Dayton, Ohio 45402 whose residences are unknown and, if married, the unknown spouses and, if deceased, their unknown heirs and devisees, whose addresses are unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 20th day of September, 2010, U.S. Bank, N.A. filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio, being Case No. 2010CV07490 in said Court against Tiesha Pollard aka Tiesha C. Pollard, et al., Praying for judgment of $41,459.36 with interest at the rate of 6.25% per annum from February 1, 2010 until paid and for foreclosure of a mortgage on the following described real estate, to wit: PARCEL NO. R72 12702 0015 STREET ADDRESS; 3008 Edison Street, Dayton, Ohio 45417 A COMPLETE LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PARCEL MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE COUNTY AUDITOR. and that Defendants be required to set up any interest they may have in said premises or be forever barred, that upon failure of said Defendants to pay or cause to be paid said judgment within three days from its rendition that an Order of Sale be issued to the Sheriff of Montgomery County, Ohio to appraise, advertise, and sell said real estate, that the premises be sold free and clear of all claims, liens and interest of any of the parties herein, that the proceeds from sale of said premises be applied to Plaintiff's judgment and for such other and further relief to which Plaintiff is entitled.
