  • LEGAL NOTICE James Webster, whose last known address cannot be ascertained and whose current address is unknown and cannot by reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on May 17, 2011, Union Savings Bank filed its complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio in Case No. 2011CV03582, on the docket of the Court, and the object and demand for relief of what pleading is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the following described real estate to wit: Property Address: 4425 Elliot Avenue, Dayton, Ohio 45410, PIN R72-150-03-0054, and being more particularly described in plaintiff's mortgage recorded at Instrument No. 04-118552 of the Montgomery County Recorder's Office. James Webster may have a dower interest in the property by virtue of an improper acknowledgement clause in a Quit Claim Deed, dated September, 13, 1985 and recorded on September 17, 1985 as Instrument No. 85-482D05. The above named defendant is required to answer within 28 days after the last publication, which shall be published once a week for three consecutive weeks, or it may be denied a hearing in this case.
