Castor, Deceased, whose Identities and Addresses are Unknown, will take notice that on April 15, 2011, First Place Bank, filed their Amended Complaint in Case No. 2011CV02544, Montgomery County, Ohio, alleging that the defendants, Kenneth G. Castor aka Kenneth Castor, Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Spouse, If Any,of Kenneth G. Castor aka Kenneth Castor and John Doe and/or Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, the Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Kenneth G. Castor, Deceased, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below: PREMISES COMMONLY KNOWN AS: 4841 SHADYHILL LANE, KETTERING, OHIO 45429 PERMANENT PARCEL NUMBER: N64-01714-0022 The plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute. The plaintiff demands that the defendant named above be required to answer and set up his interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshaling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of plaintiff's claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
