  • `LEGAL NOTICE In the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Dayton, Ohio, Case No. 2011CV01575. ATFH Real Property, LLC, Plaintiff -vs- Unknown Spouse of William C. Joyner, Defendant Unknown Spouse of William C. Joyner, whose last known address is unknown, shall take notice that, on the 28th day of February, 2011, ATFH Real Property, LLC, filed its Complaint to Quiet Title in Case No. 2011CV01575 in the Court of Common Pleas to terminate all interests adverse to that of Plaintiff together with any other relief this Court deems just with respect to the following parcel of real property: Situated in the City of Riverside, in Montgomery County, State of Ohio, to wit: Lot #107, Beverly Garden Plat as recorded in Plat Book #EE#, Pages 54 and 55, of Plat Records of Montgomery County, Ohio. The property is known for street numbering purposes as 336 Willaston Drive, Dayton, Ohio 45431 and is further identified as Parcel No. I39 00905 0010 ("Certificate Parcel"). The prayer of the Complaint is for a Judgment to terminate all interests adverse to that of Plaintiff together with any other relief this Court deems just, equitable, and necessary and that any and all persons claiming an interest in this property be required to answer and set up their interest or be forever barred from asserting the same. The above-named Defendant is required to answer Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice, which notice shall be made once per week for three consecutive weeks.
