Reynolds, et al., Defendants To: Unknown Administrator, Executor of Fiduciary of the Estate of Judith C. Reynolds, whose last known place of residence is: unknown, The Unknown Heirs, devisees, their Spouses and Creditors, Legatees, and the Fiduciary of the Estate, and Spouse and Creditors of Judith C. Reynolds, whose last known place of residence is: unknown, each of you will take notice that on the 10th day of September, 2010, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint for Foreclosure in the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas, being Case No. 2010CV07241, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $49,746.22, plus interest accrued at $2,554.55 plus interest at 8.99000% per annum from September 1, 2010, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of the Promissory Note secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 2538 Revere Avenue, Dayton, Ohio 45420, being permanent parcel number PPN: R72-14607-0065. Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a default in payment of said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute. Plaintiff prays that the Defendant named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law. Said Defendant is required to file an Answer on or before the 30th day of May, 2011. by David W.
