Krogman, et al., Defendants To: Taylorsburg Village Owners' Association, whose last known place of business c/o Robert G. Myers, Statutory Agent, 625 West National Road, Englewood, Ohio 45322, you will take notice that on the 16th day of November, 2010, Plaintiff , filed a Complaint for Foreclosure in the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas, being Case Number 2010CV09022, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $$119,495.79, plus interest at 7.25% (variable) per annum from March 1, 2010, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of the Promissory Note secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 22 Robinwood Court, Englewood, Ohio 45322, being permanent parcel number PPN: M57 00905 0036. Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a default in payment of said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute. Plaintiff prays that the Defendant named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.
