In the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas, Dayton, Ohio. Case No. 2010CV09794
CitiMortgage, Inc. successor by merger to Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc., Plaintiff
Matthew D. Hall, et al., Defendants
Washtenaw Mortgage Company, whose last known address is 315 East Eisenhower Pkwy Ste 12, Ann Arbor, MI 48108, and the unknown successors, assigns and surviving entities of Washtenaw Mortgage Company, all of whose residences are unknown and cannot by reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on the 15th day of December, 2010, CitiMortgage, Inc., successor by merger to Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc. filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio in Case No. 2010CV09794 on the docket of said Court, and the object and demand for relief of which pleading is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the following described real estate, to wit:
Property Address: 606 East Linden Avenue, Miamisburg, Ohio 45342, and being more particularly described in plaintiff's mortgage recorded in Mortgage Book Instrument No. 03-094729 of this County Recorder's Office.
The above named defendants are required to answer within twenty-eight days after last publication, which shall be published once a week for three consecutive weeks, or they might be denied a hearing in this case.
