Blas, whose last place of residence is known as 4538 Airway Road, Dayton, Ohio 45431-1331, but whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on November 19, 2010, BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. fka Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., filed its Complaint in Case No..2010CV09132 in the Court of Common Pleas Montgomery County, Ohio alleging that the Defendants, Vincente C. Blas and Bonnie S. Blas, has or claims to have an interest in the real estate located at 4053 Elliot Ave., Dayton, Ohio 45410, PPN R72 15001 0028. A complete legal description may be obtained with the Montgomery County Auditor's Office located at 451 West Third Street, P.O. Box 972, Dayton, Ohio 45422 The Petitioner further alleges that by reason of default of the Defendant(s) in the payment of a promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken, and the same has become absolute.
