Thompson whose last place of residence is unknown and whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on December 6, 2010, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., Successor by merger to Wells Fargo Bank Minnesota, N.A., as Trustee fka Norwest Bank Minnesota, N.A. as Trustee for the Registered Holders of Renaissance Home Equity Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2004-2 filed its Complaint in Case No. 2010CV09504 in the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, 451 West Third Street, Dayton, Ohio 45422, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendants Unknown Heirs, Creditors, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors and Assigns of Robert A. Thompson have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below: Situate in the Township of Clay, County of Montgomery, State of Ohio and being part of Section 27, Town 6, Range 4, East, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a spike on the centerline of Pleasant Plain Road and the north line of said Section 27, said spike being north 89 degrees 51' west, a distance of 2159.63 feet from the northeast corner of said Section 27. Thence South 0 deg. 03 min. 38" east, a distance of 1318.21 feet to an iron pin; Thence North 89 deg. 56 min. 42" west, a distance of 250 feet, to an iron pin; Thence North 0 deg. 03 min. 38" west, a distance of 740.5 feet, to an iron pin; Thence South 89 deg. 51 min. East, a distance of 125 feet, to an iron pin; Thence 0 deg. 03 min. 37 sec. west, a distance of 577.5 feet to a spike in the centerline of Pleasant Plain Road and the north line of Section 27; Thence South 89 deg. 51 min. east, along the centerline of Pleasant Plain Road and the north line of Section 27, a distance of 125 feet to the place of beginning. Containing 5.907 acres based upon a survey made by Eugene R. Brown, State of Ohio, Registered Surveyor No. 4213, dated March 23, 1990.
