Hatfield, et al., Defendants Unknown Heirs and Devisees of David J. Hatfield, Deceased, whose last known addresses are unknown and Jane Doe, Spouse of David J. Hatfield, if married (Name Unknown) whose last known address is 1313 Covent Road, Troy, Ohio 45373 and whose residences are unknown and if married, the unknown spouses and, if deceased, their unknown heirs and devisees, whose addresses are unknown, will hereby take notice that on the 4th day of November, 2010, Citimortgage, Inc. filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio, being Case No. 2010CV08741 in said Court against David J. Hatfield, et al., Praying for judgment of $105,173.02 with interest at the rate of 5.99% per annum from March 1, 2010 until paid and for foreclosure of a mortgage on the following described real estate, to wit: PARCEL NO.: P70018010014 STREET ADDRESS; 7513 Blackshear Drive, Huber Heights, Ohio 45424. A COMPLETE LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF THE PARCEL MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE COUNTY AUDITOR. and that Defendants be required to set up any interest they may have in said premises or be forever barred, that upon failure of said Defendants to pay or cause to be paid said judgment within three days from its rendition that an Order of Sale be issued to the Sheriff of Montgomery County, Ohio to appraise, advertise, and sell said real estate, that the premises be sold free and clear of all claims, liens and interest of any of the parties herein, that the proceeds from sale of said premises be applied to Plaintiff's judgment and for such other and further relief to which Plaintiff is entitled.
