Isham, whose last place of residence is known as 61 Park Drive, Dayton, Ohio 45410, but whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on August 17, 2010, Wright-Patt Credit Union, Inc., filed its Complaint in Case No..2010CV06564 in the Court of Common Pleas Montgomery County, Ohio alleging that the Defendants, Todd Isham aka Todd A. Isham and Jane Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Todd Isham aka Todd A. Isham, has or claims to have an interest in the real estate located at 61 Park Dr., Dayton, Ohio 45410, PPN R72 02802 0041. A complete legal description may be obtained with the Montgomery County Auditor's Office located at 451 W. Third Street, P.O. Box 972, Dayton, Ohio 45422. The Petitioner further alleges that by reason of default of the Defendant(s) in the payment of a promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken, and the same has become absolute.
