Vincent Todd Mitchell, et al., Defendants
Hepner Properties Partnership, whose last known address is unknown, and the unknown successors, assigns and surviving entities of Hepner Properties Partnership, all of whose residences are unknown and cannot by reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on the 7th day of September, 2010, U.S. Bank, N.A. filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio in Case No. 2010CV07096 on the docket of said Court, and the object and demand for relief of which pleading is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the following described real estate, to wit:
Property Address: 1081 Dixie Drive, New Lebanon, Ohio 45345, and being more particularly described in plaintiff's mortgage recorded in Mortgage Book Instrument No. 06-074205, and re-recorded on 10/24/06 as Instrument No. 06-098872, of this County Recorder's Office.
The above named defendants are required to answer within twenty-eight days after last publication, which shall be published once a week for three consecutive weeks, or they might be denied a hearing in this case.
