Jones, whose last place of residence is known as 4470 Saylor St., Dayton, Ohio 45416 but whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on August 3, 2010, Bank of America, N.A., filed its Complaint in Case No..2010CV06170 in the Court of Common Pleas Montgomery County, Ohio alleging that the Defendants, Chinell S. Jones and John Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Chinell S. Jones, has or claims to have an interest in the real estate located at 4470 Saylor St., Dayton, Oh. 45416, PPN E20 17014 0009. A complete legal description may be obtained with the Montgomery County Auditor's Office located at 451 West Third Street, P.O. Box 972, Dayton, Ohio 45422.: The Petitioner further alleges that by reason of default of the Defendant(s) in the payment of a promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken, and the same has become absolute.
