Case No. 2010CV06036 Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee on behalf of the holders of the Terwin Mortgage Trust 2006-11 ABS, Asset-Backed Certificates, TMTS Series 2006-11 ABS, Plaintiff vs. Carmen Y. Harris aka Carmen Harris, et al, Defendants TurnKey Construction Co., whose last place of residence is known as c/o James J. Vennemeyer, 622 Main Street, Milford, Ohio 45150, but whose present place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on July 29, 2010, Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee on behalf of the holders of the Terwin Mortgage Trust 2006-11-ABS, Asset-Backed Certificates, TMTS Series 2006-11ABS, filed its Complaint in Case No.2010CV06036. in the Court of Common Pleas Montgomery County, Ohio alleging that the Defendant, TurnKey Construction Co., has or claims to have an interest in the real estate located at 2327 Crew Circle, Unit 1, Dayton, Ohio 45439, PPN K47-50-517-0053. A complete legal description may be obtained with the Montgomery County Auditor's Office located at 451 W.Third Street, P.O.Box 972, Dayton, Ohio 45422. The Petitioner further alleges that by reason of default of the Defendant(s) in the payment of a promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken, and the same has become absolute.
