Jacobs, Deceased, whose last place of residence is known as (Address Unknown), but whose present place of residences unknown, will take notice that on August 23, 2010, Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Indenture Trustee, on behalf on the holders of the Accredited Mortgage Loan Trust 2005-2 Asset Backed Notes, filed its Complaint in Foreclosure in Case No. 2010CV06733 in the Court of Common Pleas Montgomery County, Ohio alleging that the Defendants, John Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Frances D. Jacobs aka Frances D. Jacobs-Hobbs, Unknown Heirs at Law, Devisees, Legatees, Executors or Administrators of Frances D. Jacobs aka Frances D. Jacobs-Hobbs, Deceased, Unknown Heirs at Law, Devisees, Legatees, Executors or Administrators of Jerry W. Jacobs, Deceased, has or claims to have an interest in the real estate located at 112 Shaw Road, Englewood, Ohio 45322-3226, PPN #M58 00201 0005. A complete legal description may be obtained with the Montgomery County Auditor's Office located at 451 W. Third Street, P.O. Box 972, Dayton, Ohio 45422. The Petitioner further alleges that by reason of default of the Defendant(s) in the payment of a promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken, and the same has become absolute.
