Steve L. Williams, et al., Defendants
Steve L. Williams, whose last known address is 3728 West Hillcrest Avenue, Dayton, Ohio 45406 and the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, spouses and assigns and the unknown guardians of the minor and/or incompetent heirs of Steve L. Williams, all of whose residences are unknown and cannot by reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on the 14th day of June, 2010, Bank of America, National Association as successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for certificateholders of Bear Stearns Asset Backed Securities I LLC Asset Backed Certificates, Series 2004-HE11 filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio in Case No. 2010CV04812, on the docket of said Court, and the object and demand for relief of which pleading is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the following described real estate, to wit:
Property Address: 2241 Kensington Drive, Dayton, Ohio 45406, and being more particularly described in plaintiff's mortgage recorded in Mortgage Book Instrument No. 04-105251, of this County Recorder's Office.
The above named defendant is required to answer within twenty-eight days after last publication, which shall be published once a week for three consecutive weeks, or they might be denied a hearing in this case.
