FORECLOSURE OF MORTGAGE
In the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas, Dayton, Ohio. Case No. 2010CV06268
Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., Plaintiff
Ivory L. Shyne, et al., Defendants
Ivory L. Shyne and Martha Shyne, whose last known address is 3602 Modena Street, Dayton, Ohio 45417, and the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, spouses and assigns and the unknown guardians of the minor and/or incompetent heirs of Ivory L. Shyne and Martha Shyne, all of whose residences are unknown and cannot by reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on the 6th day of August 2010, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio in Case No. 2010CV06268 on the docket of said Court, and the object and demand for relief of which pleading is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the following described real estate, to wit:
Property Address: 3602 Modena Street, Dayton, Ohio 45417, and being more particularly described in plaintiff's mortgage recorded in Mortgage Book Instrument No. 03-023700, of this County Recorder's Office.
The above named defendants are required to answer within twenty-eight days after last publication, which shall be published once a week for three consecutive weeks, or they might be denied a hearing in this case.
