In the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas, Dayton, Ohio. Case No. 2010CV02942
JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. successor by merger to Bank One, N.A., Plaintiff
Sherry Dill, Individually and as Executor of the Estate of William Gunsauley, Jr., et al., Defendants
William Gunsauley, III,, whose last known address is 153 Fleming Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45215, and the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, spouses and assigns and the unknown guardians of the minor and/or incompetent heirs of William Gunsauley, III, all of whose residences are unknown and cannot by reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on the 7th day of April, 2010, JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. successor by merger to Bank One, N.A. filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio in Case No. 2010CV02942 on the docket of said Court, and the object and demand for relief of which pleading is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the following described real estate, to wit:
Property Address: 5285 Cypress Drive, Dayton, Ohio 45414 and being more particularly described in plaintiff's mortgage recorded in Mortgage Book Instrument No. 03-060161 of this County Recorder's Office.
The above named defendants are required to answer within twenty-eight days after last publication, which shall be published once a week for three consecutive weeks, or they might be denied a hearing in this case.
