Smith, whose last known address is 1526 Xenia Avenue, Dayton, Ohio 45410, will take notice that on March 19, 2007, KeyBank National Association, filed its Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Montgomery County, Ohio, Case No. 2007-CV-02280. The object of, and demand for relief in, the Complaint is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which plaintiff alleges that the foregoing defendant has or claims to have an interest: Situated in the City of Dayton in the County of Montgomery and State of Ohio as more fully described in Deed Book 85-699, Page C-04, ID #R72-03906-0011, being known and designated as and being Lot Numbered Twenty Five Thousand Nine Hundred and Sixty-Seven (25967) of the consecutive numbers of lots on the revised plat of the said City of Dayton, Ohio. The defendants named above are required to answer the complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this legal notice.
