                    Notice is hereby given that the City of Riverside Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at City Hall, 5200 Springfield Street, Suite 100, Riverside, Ohio 45431 on Wednesday, January 18, 2023 at 6:30 PM, to hear the following case;

                    PC Case #22-0023 – 7544 Union Schoolhouse Road – A Zoning Map Amendment to rezone the subject site from R-3 Medium Density Residential to a Planned Unit Development District. (Parcel ID# I39300201 0053)

                    Planning Commission has authority regulated by Section 1103.15 of the City of Riverside Unified Development Ordinance.
