6th Circuit: Officer lacked 'reasonable suspicion' for search, evidence must be suppressed

Finding that officers from the Massillon Police Department did not have proper justification to search a man's car, a 6th Circuit Court of Appeals panel ruled last week that evidence recovered in the search must be suppressed.
