Home buyers do not waive right to enforce duty of workmanlike construction

The Ohio Supreme Court ruled last week that a home buyer's right to seek compensation if his home is not constructed in a 'workmanlike manner' cannot be waived even if certain defects are not covered in the purchase agreement.
