10th District rules ADHD, dyslexia argument not reason enough to allow withdrawal of pleas

A 10th District Court of Appeals panel recently rejected a man's arguments that he had a right to withdraw his plea because his struggles with dyslexia and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder prevented him from fully understanding his plea agreement.
