10th District: Court did not err with 10-year sentence for man who had repeated convictions

Despite it taking more than four years after his indictment for a trial court to sentence a man, a 10th District Court of Appeals panel Tuesday, February 14th, rejected his argument that the court erred because more than 180 days elapsed between his request for a speedy trial and his guilty plea.
