Dayton real estate business owner sentenced for tax fraud
(Dayton) John Michael Robbins, 44, of Charlotte, North Carolina, was ordered to pay $85,606 in restitution to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), serve five years of probation, and complete 200 hours of community service for willfully filing a fraudulent federal income tax return with the IRS. Robbins previously pleaded guilty to this charge on September 15, 2011.
