Justices reverse appellate ruling in conditional employment question

The Supreme Court of Ohio ruled recently that an employee whose employment is conditional of obtaining and maintaining a license or certification may be fired for just cause and subsequently be ineligible for unemployment compensation, reversing a Cleveland appellate court.
