In separate decisions, justices rule in favor of big energy users and power companies

As Ohio Supreme Court justices heard arguments resulting from a dispute over Public Utilities Commission of Ohio-approved charges between an Ohio power company and industrial users on the morning of Tuesday, May 24th, the high court issued two, separate decisions: one in support of large-volume energy consumers and the second favoring the power companies.
