Justices: If there isn't an attorney-client relationship, you can't sue for malpractice

The Supreme Court of Ohio reversed an appellate court ruling that reinstated a corporation's legal malpractice complaint against an attorney and law firm. Justices concurred with the trial court that there could be no legal malpractice if there had not been an attorney-client relationship.
