Proposal would allow commercial activity tax credit for foreign investment losses

A bill designed to attract capital to the Buckeye state has been drafted by Reps. Peter Beck and Nan Baker. The measure, House Bill 220, would authorize a refundable commercial activity tax credit for investment losses recognized by foreign entrepreneur investors who invest in certain projects in Ohio.
