Justices reckon with taxpayer standing question

A Cleveland attorney was adamant Tuesday, April 19th, that if the Supreme Court of Ohio ruled that taxpayers of a particular school district had no standing to challenge a school board's alleged contravention of statute, there would no longer exist common law taxpayer standing in the state.
