6th Circuit affirms district court's sentence for man who violated supervised release terms

A Cincinnati federal appeals court upheld recently a U.S. District Court's imposition of a 10-month prison sentence upon a man who served his original sentence for a cocaine-related offense but violated the terms of his supervised release three years after he was out of prison.
