Court rules contract does not waive employee pay for shop and travel time

The 6th Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed a trial court decision holding that Akron Insulation and Supply Inc. must compensate employees for "shop time" and travel time and that a collective bargaining agreement or contract cannot waive the provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act.
