Immigration court in Ohio should reduce backload of cases

A federal immigration court will open in Ohio next year to help alleviate a nearly 3,000-case backlog of immigration cases in the state. The Department of Justice's Executive Office for Immigration Review will operate the new court, although a site has yet to be determined.
