Ohio doctors slow to add electronic medical records

If doctors throughout Ohio are going to connect to an electronic medical
records system, it's going to take a little financial incentive. Many
physicians in the state remain reluctant to purchase electronic medical
records systems, according to the Ohio Health Information Partnership, a
group promoting use of the system.
