Language of insurance policy at core of case before Ohio's Supreme Court

In arguments scheduled before the Supreme Court of Ohio this morning in
Hardin County, justices are expected to examine under what circumstances
a trial court may grant summary judgment in favor of the insurer based
on a finding of implied intent after an insurance company seeks a
declaratory judgment that it owes no coverage to a policyholder based on
a policy exclusion for intentional acts.
