Cordray expresses concern to Elections Commission
Suggests changes for more effective enforcement of campaign finance rules
(Columbus) Ohio Attorney General Richard Cordray has informed the Ohio
Elections Commission that he is "concerned that the large volume of
unpaid fines owed to the commission stems largely from time lags in both
the assessment of fines and the certification of debts from those fines
to the Attorney General's Office."
