(Columbus) A Columbus labor and employment attorney was satisfied a
decision by the Supreme Court of Ohio early last week has scuttled any
attempt by the Ohio Civil Rights Commission to authorize mandatory
maternity leave for working mothers throughout the Buckeye State.
